Change of Mind Returns (Up to 30 Days)

Beyond the 14-day legal period, we allow returns within 30 days provided the item is:

  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Unsealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons (e.g. skincare, bath products, incense)
  • Used or damaged items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Lost Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
