Please include your order number and the email used when placing the order.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit instead.
This allows you to reuse the amount instantly without waiting for bank processing times.
